"Poor communication. Never had a problem until recently, the quality of service has changed. We have multiple policies with this agent under my name, and I mistakenly made payment to the wrong account number. The agent/office didn't reach out until after my wife lost coverage. Instead of resolving the error by applying the credit to the proper account number, both accounts are in my name btw, they sent a paper check in the mail. I called to resolve this on 12/23 and am yet to receive a call back as of 01/03"
